Ordering On-line is simple with our Paypal Shopping Cart!
1. Visit our "Shop" page to view our collections.
2. To add items to your Shopping Cart, just click on the blue & white striped
Shopping Bag under each item.
3. When you are ready to check out, just click on the Daisy Purse at the bottom of the page.
4. If you do not have a Paypal account, just follow the directions to pay via Credit Card. You
may be required to create a User Name and Password.
5. If you already have a Paypal account, just Log-In and you're on your way!
6. When ordering on-line, you may pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card,
American Express and Electronic Check.

Pay me securely with any major credit card through PayPal!

 

Order via Mail

If you prefer to mail your order...you may!
1. Visit our "Shop" page to view our collections.
2. To add items to your Shopping Cart, just click on the blue & white striped
Shopping Bag under each item.
3. When you are ready to check out, just click on the Daisy Purse at the bottom of the page.
4. Print out your Shopping Cart

2. Write down the names of the items you want including the style:
(ie: CHARMETTE - Paris No. 9 - Vintage French Envelope)
3. Write down the quantity you want of each.
4. Add in the cost of Shipping:
$0 - $49 = $5.95 S/H
$50 - $99 = $7.95 S/H
$100 - $199 = $11.95 S/H
$200 - $249 = $14.95 S/H
$250 and up = $16.95 S/H
5. Put your order along with payment and the following information in an envelope:
(Your name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number and email address)
NOTE: We only accept Checks and Money Orders via Mail...Sorry, no Credit Cards.
6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for mail orders.

Order via Fax

Send a fax anytime!
1. Just dial 1-503-227-1651.
2. Order away! You may add items to your shopping cart online and print it out to fax to us
OR
Write/type your order out. Remember to write legibly and dark...this is important.
3. Make sure to include your full name, shipping information, telephone number and email address.
4. Do not include your Credit Card information. We will be in touch with you regarding billing.

 

Delivery Policy

Each charm is handmade to order. Most order ship within 2-4 weeks (customized orders
and orders during holidays may take longer). Please be patient.
We cannot be responsible for delays including those of USPS, UPS or Federal Express.
Holiday Delivery: Please note that although the normal shipping time is 2-4 weeks (longer during the holidays)
as a courtesy, we work day and night during the holidays to ship orders as quickly as possible.
We ship based upon USPS and UPS holiday shipping deadlines for delivery before December 24th.
That being said, orders placed after December 1st, customized orders, and supply orders
may not arrive by December 24th, thus we suggest ordering as early as possible and
choosing Express shipping options if available.

 

Return Policy

The Sally Jean collection is handmade artwork and no two pieces
are exactly alike. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully including dimensions.
Returns are permitted for EXCHANGE ONLY under the following conditions:
1. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of shipping date.
2. Returns are for exchange only for items by Sally Jean.
3. Custom orders are not returnable.
4. Shipping is non-refundable.
5. An additional shipping charge for sending the exchange merchandise will apply.
6. Prior notice of return is required to: sally@sallyjean.com
7. Returns must be sent to Sally Jean by insured USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
